When I started working out at BVT in the beginning of May I weighed 107lbs. I wanted to lose a little weight but also tone up. Currently I weigh 103 lbs. and have noticed a difference in muscle definition in my legs and shoulders. I also noticed a big change in my endurance; where I couldn’t run across the bridge before, I now do it easily. I would recommend BVT as a choice workout for the motivation they provide as well as their killer workouts.

I came to BVT in February of 2012, looking for motivation and help in preparing for basic training in the army. I always had a love for boxing and did a little boxing as little child where I would have my brother hold up a pillow and I would just throw punches til I was tired. But I never knew the true art of Boxing and Working out until I was introduced to Coach Lucas who helped me figure out what I wanted to work on the most and what my goals were.
I lost 10 pounds in 1 and half months. I started running half a mile, now I can run 2 miles with in 10 minutes. I love the environment each time I attend the gym and the workouts are phenominal.
